Fry 250 g minced beef with a chopped onion, add some tomato puree and a dash of water, a handful of chopped parsley and a tea spoon of cinnamon (do it! it really makes a difference).
Beat 2 small eggs with a teaspoon of flour, add dill and parsley, salt and pepper to your taste.
Arrange one third of the potatoes in an oiled oven-dish, press the meat on top and cover with the remaining potatoes, the idea is fan-shaped. Cover with the eggy mix and put some bread crumbs with parsley on top (I forgot this part). Bake at 190° for about 25 minutes.
