Pro-crust-inating
Schon mal was von Hybridgebäck gehört? Noch nie ein Cronut - ein Bastardkind von Frau Croissant und Herrn Donut - gegessen? Brookie (Brownie+Cookie)? D uffin? (ihr dürft raten, gibt's bei St****ck's). In unserer neuheitenhungrigen Welt kanns garnicht genug Schwachsinn geben. Ich selber habe eigenhändig den "knuffin" erfunden: Semmelknödelteig in der Muffinform gebacken. Es wurde aber leider nicht der erwartete kommerzielle Durchbruch. Also heißt es weiter arbeiten und prokrastinieren. Have you heard of hybrid pastries?
